When I put it on, I kind of experienced an itchy sensation on my face as the minutes progressed. I left it on for less than 10 minutes and rinsed off with warm water. Instantly, I could see and actually feel that my skin much softer. The next morning when I woke up, to my surprise, my skin looked extremely clear and well-rested. It's a great beauty tool to have, especially if you had a long day and you have that exhausted face. I would recommend this, but don't use it every day. It may irritate your skin. Every 3 days should be fine.
