(More customer reviews)I was really excited to try this after reading the reviews. This was my first experience with using peels. The first time i used it, it really stung and only left it on for about 45 seconds (that was all i could take). The next 2 times i used it i had become a little more accustomed and left it on for about 15 mins both times. I have to honestly say i have not noticed any significant improvement with my acne scars after 3 appications. I am african american with caramel complexion and have really dark acne marks. Not sure if i did anything wrong but i followed the directions to the T and used a flat cotton pad the first time and a fan brush the next 2 times. I used baking soda afterwards to neutralize and a really good moisturizer. I sure hope to see better results with continued application will update later.

11/10/09 - I have to say that i have had better luck with the 20% salicylic acid peel in fading dark spots as that actually makes my skin peel and with each layer that peels off my darks spots get lighter. I will defintely not repurchase this product and have discontinued using it.
