(More customer reviews)The Guinot products are great - I would highly recommend them -- however, when ordering this product I found to my dismay that the product required a signature. I had ordered this product before from the same vendor and there had been no signature required, so I was surprised when I received notification from UPS that a signature would be required. UPS delivered it on a Friday before a holiday weekend - with a second and final notice on the Tuesdsay after the holiday weekend with no opportunity for me to be home or intervene. In summary, it took me hours and hours of time to get my delivery - having to go all the way to the UPS office. IF YOU ARE GOING TO REQUIRE A SIGNAGURE - PLEASE NOTE IT ON YOUR ORDER PAGE. I can not tell you how inconvenient it was for me to receive this delivery - having to take off work. NEVER AGAIN.
