(More customer reviews)This masque felt so good when I first put it on. It cools the face and has a slight tingle to it. As the masque dried, I could feel the skin pulling tighter and firmer. When it was time to peel off the masque, though, it was slightly painful and pulled fine hairs off my face, leaving parts of my face slightly painful with a sting. Also, the masque doesn't peel off easily, leaving some of the masque stuck and requiring some scrubbing to get it off. I love Montagne Jeunesse face masques, but the was off ones are far superior to this peel-off masque. One the plus side, my face felt fantastic the day after the masque and my makeup went on so much smoother and looked much better, so there is an upside to the cucumber purifying peel-off masque.
