(More customer reviews)I think this thing would work for a smaller chested woman.....it stuck to my chest but then folded in half, was hot and uncomfortable and the instructions say to put a pillow inbetween your breasts on top of this chest thing,,,then every time you roll over you have to make sure the added pillow stays in place....in an hour I had enough......I don't think it's returnable either....if you want to try it make sure you can return it.....Sunny from L.I.
