(More customer reviews)I have been getting regular glycolic peels by an esthetician for quite some time and due to budget constraints decided to look into home peels. I am very happy with the results of this peel. My skin reacted as well if not better than it does to my salon peels and I'm saving literaly hundreds of dollars. 50% is a strong peel and probably not for someone who doesn't already have some experience with how their skin reacts to this type of chemical. Also, the instructions say to leave it on for 5 minutes. For me this was about 2-3 minutes to long and I have skin which tolerates glycolic acid very well. I'd suggest that folks experiment with timing a bit to avoid burns.
