(More customer reviews)This product lives up to the philosophy reputation for quality and effectiveness. I purchased it from QVC for the same price. At first I experienced buyers remorse thinking how could I spend this much money for this product. I have very oily skin and am prone to breakouts around the jaw line. I'm 46 african american. I noticed that my skin was looking dull and flaky in some areas as well as oily in others with, enlarged pores around the nose. I tried numerous products but grew frustrated with the thought of trying to use 5 different products to treat the assorted problems areas. This sat on the shelf. I thought of selling it on ebay or something. But at last I tried it, at first I thought , "another waste of money". But one day, approximately a week later I looked in the mirror and saw the skin I had enjoyed 10 years before. Clean, bright, glowing. I still have very oily skin but the pores look tighter. It does leave a residual tacky film on the face, but I let it stay on, in order for the ingredients to be absorbed and do their magic. The smell is slightly medicinally herbal. There is enough product on the pad that I can cover my face and neck, then I do the back of my hands, my forearms and elbows and lastly I use it on my ears as they produce a lot of wax. Perfect. Perfect.
