COLOR. The crimson red polish pictured here is not red at all. It's hot pink and resembles the picture for "perfect pink." At first I thought the distributor mailed me the wrong color, but the labels on the box and on the bottle both read "crimson red."
PERFORMANCE. Although I didn't like the color, I liked the "look" of the polish. It looked smooth and it was easy to apply. However, the polish does not "peel off" as described. I prepped my nails as directed on the box--with a rubberized base coat and use two coats of nail polish. When I tried to peel off the polish, it came off in very small chunks with difficulty, and took off the base coat. It looked like it was doing much damage to my nails, so I stopped and ended up using nail polish remover anyway. I had to use more nail polish remover than usual to get this polish off. I was disappointed as I really liked this idea of a plant-based polish that could be removed without traditional nail polish remover. I wouldn't buy this product again unless they greatly improve their formula.
