It addresses all the factors needed either for a quick touch up or for continued improvement. I wouldn't recommend layering it unless you have experience with peels though. Also be sure to get your serums to apply afterwards and make sure you have an ultra hydrating night cream. All natural is always best. You'll have minor peeling for about a week, but it can be covered with makeup if you need to. For best results do it on a week when you can avoid coverage and let your skin breath. And don't forget your sunscreen:)
