It helps remove a layer of the stubborn dried fussy lip residue without having to painfully scrub it off. I purchased this item at a "spa party" to support the sales rep but I can say after having it for the past month, it is one of my essentials. This product was purchased for roughly $20 from a rep so don't spend more than that. Look at the other ads listed on the same page for less than $10 plus $5 shipping. Much more reasonable price.
